Archive boxes are an essential part of every business, dedicated archive box storage allows the boxes to be stored 2 high, which allows dense storage and good access for retrieval.
Our archive box storage system is designed to accommodate the standard archive boxes used for off-site storage and the 'perfect' fit enables the maximum number of archive boxes to be stored in a given space.
Archive boxes can weigh around 20Kg when full and this would equate to 250Kg per shelf, which is easily accommodated by our channel section beams.
The archive box storage solution shown is the upper level of a three-tier shelving system providing maximum capacity to the roof line of the building. Adding extra storage levels is a cost-effective solution for storing high quantities of archive boxes whilst still retaining easy access to all archived documents.
