Cantilever Racking

Cantilever racking systems (also known as bar storage racks) are mainly used for horizontally storing long lengths of base materials such as tubes and bars of steel or timber. Box section steel arms are securely bolted to heavy duty uprights in an L position creating a strong joint, the inherent strength of this system allows very heavy loads to be stored in a practical way, whilst the open fronted design makes it easy to access stock with a forklift truck.

Cantilever racking systems are commonly used in manufacturing environments and large scale warehouses and can consist of anything from 2 single-sided upright posts to multiple full length runs of racking.
